  Big shout out to Kellie and the staff at Busselton Telephones & Technology for their fantastic service. I wanted to get a landline telephone (no internet) for my mother. I went to the Telstra shop and they told me I needed to ring up Telstra as they did not do landlines. I rang Telstra and was told that I could only get a landline/internet bundle and tried to sell me the $85 phone plan for a pensioner!! Eventually I went to Busselton Telephones and Technology. Kellie not only assured me that I could just get a landline installed, made the arrangements and the phone was installed within 10 days. All her arrangements were completed on time. Magnificent service, friendly people and very helpful. I would highly recommend Kellie and Busselton Telephones & Technology.

  I'm really surprised to see that BTT does not have more positive reviews. Without going into a long story we were completely let down by the Telstra store in Busselton (I should have read their reviews first!) and where then advised by two people to contact here.
