  All the positive reviews on here are staff members, including the franchisee himself - so really that says it all. LJ Hooker Geographe is an office full of incompetent, lazy, deceitful and immoral people who are getting paid to cause their clients headaches. There are staff members in this office who call themselves property managers who are not even qualified to do property management. And the staff who are actually qualified to be property managers have not even been out to the properties they are supposedly managing. All talk and definitely no action. Lack of transparency, lack of understanding, lack of duty of care, list goes on. Word of advice - do not trust this franchise to manage any of your investments. And if you are a tenant I would never rent a property off them either - STAY CLEAR. I am actually astounded at how this particular franchise is allowed to remain open, trade, con and intimidate/provoke customers and get away with it. This is a clear example of day light robbery and outright misleading and deceptive conduct.
